Expanding shockwave screen distortion

Shockwave distortion is a post-processing effect used for explosions, impacts, and ability activations. An expanding ring displaces UV coordinates as it passes each pixel, creating a refraction-like warp. The ring has defined thickness and falloff for a smooth wavefront. A center flash at impact and a subtle brightness boost at the wavefront add cinematic polish.
