#39 Portal Vortex

Swirling energy vortex for teleporters

The portal vortex is used for teleporters, magic portals, and dimensional rifts. Polar coordinates convert each pixel to angle and radius, making spiral patterns natural. Adding radius to angle with a time offset creates the characteristic swirling inward flow. Energy rings pulse toward a bright core, while procedural particles orbit the vortex. Color shifts from cool outer blue to hot inner white.
